Job Description 

We are looking for motivated rainmakers who have  experience in identifying and influencing decision makers of mid-sized Contract Research Organizations (CRO) to win new deals. We are creating  a new sales team to support our mainly US opportunities. We are looking for experienced healthcare software sales professionals.

  • Drive sales in emTRUTH data platform and APIs

  • Create and manage strong relationships at the senior executive level

  • Educate customers on how to best monetize their data and work cross-functionally internally to build out and subsequently demonstrate how emTRUTH can help maximize their ROI

  • Directly responsible for full sales cycle from prospect creation, value proposition, negotiation and deal closure

 

Qualifications

  • Professional experience selling into large and mid-sized organizations 

  • Proven success in B2B sales, from introductions to contract negotiations. Must be comfortable with cold calling  

  • 5+ years closing enterprise software customers, with experience in the contract research organization space

  • Deep understanding of clinical trials, research and development

  • Highly skilled at leading through data, solutions-based sales cycle with multiple stakeholders

  • Good planning, research and organizational skills   

  • Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders over Internet meetings or in person. Ability to travel as needed.

  • Experience in healthcare enterprise software and data integration is a plus 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
