Every interaction with your records is protected by decentralized blockchain technology, creating an unalterable, immutable source of truth that no one—not even emTRUTH—can alter, exploit, or override.
Total Autonomous Control:
You decide who sees your data, what they see, and for how long. You alone grant access: to your doctors, your family, your researchers, or no one at all. Consent is logged and also secured in an immutable blockchain in each record. Patients control what they want to share, with whom they want to share it, and for how long.
emTRUTH cannot access your data without your permission. Your data is encrypted on your personal blockchain, and only you hold the keys.
No one at emTRUTH — not our engineers, not our executives — can read your records or grant anyone else access. Only you can.
Zero-Data Selling:
You stay in control of your data’s value. We do not sell, rent, or mine it for advertising, or bundle it into products. We never have, and we never will.
Permanent Protection Across Corporate Changes:
Your data rights are bound directly to you, not our business entity. Your ownership survives us. If emTRUTH is ever sold, merged, acquired, or changes management, your ownership and control continue unchanged. Our Terms require any successor to assume these commitments, and your data can never be treated as a company asset — because it isn't ours. It's yours, forever. If emTRUTH undergoes an acquisition, changes ownership, shifts management, or restructures, your complete ownership and exclusive control over your data remains legally and technologically unchanged forever.
